What you get

KC Billing is software for billing, quotations, stock and collections. A shop pays once and receives a licence to use it for its own business for as long as it wishes, set up with the shop's own name and logo. The amount and what is included are agreed with each shop in writing before setup.

Ownership

KC Billing, its design and its code belong to Kush Codeworks. The licence lets a shop use the app; it does not transfer ownership, and the app may not be copied, resold or given to another business.

Your records

The records you enter are yours. You can export them at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Checking that rates, tax rates, HSN codes and customer details on your bills are correct.
• Filing your own GST and other returns. The app's summaries are working figures to help you and your accountant; they are not a filed return.
• Keeping your PINs and passwords private and taking backups.

Updates and changes

The one-time payment covers the version of the app delivered to you. New versions, added features, and changes needed for new tax or GST rules are separate, paid updates. We tell you the charge before doing the work, and you choose whether to take it. The version you have keeps working if you do not.

Limits

We work to keep the app correct and available, but we cannot promise it will never have a fault. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the period in which the claim arose.

The live demo on this site is for evaluation only and may not be used for real billing.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
